Entering William B’s is like stepping into a bygone era, a treasured time that valued gentility, congeniality and sociability, a time when good meals were leisurely savored in the friendly confines of cozy, richly appointed dining rooms. Guests who enjoy a beverage before dinner can relax in a gracefully appointed sitting room, complete with plush sofas and chairs and decorated with glorious floral arrangements and unique paintings. Nearby is a fully stocked bar and lounge, the kind of dignified hideaway usually found in the smartest private clubs.

The dining room itself is designed to create an atmosphere of privacy and serenity for each guest. The dining tables are spacious, the chairs roomy and comfy.  Booths are deep and secluded.  Telephones are available for each booth.
Diners will be tempted to examine the unusual photographs, sketches and decorative showcases that adorn the surrounding walls. Decorative boxes contain antique jewelry, pipes, spectacles and other accessories used by Victorian Age ladies and gentlemen.  Mahogany pillars, panes of etched glass, brass lamps and crystal chandeliers accentuate the room’s turn-of-the-century mood.

Personalized service is a hallmark of William B’s. The staff, both in the room and behind the scenes, is dedicated to providing a memorable experience for every diner.  All food is cooked to order. Almost every dish can be customized to our guests’ satisfaction.
